We are a small low voltage contracting company seeking a part-time Warehouse & Materials Coordinator to help manage inventory, organize materials for jobs, and handle shipping and receiving. This role is a blend of warehouse, facility, and light office duties, perfect for someone detail-oriented who enjoys keeping things organized.
Schedule: 4-5 hours per day, 5 days a week. Potential to become full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, including documenting receipts.
- Prepare and organize outgoing shipments.
- Pull and stage materials for job sites.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock organization.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for space efficiency.
- Report any inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with light facility maintenance and vehicle upkeep as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team and follow safety procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated—able to work independently.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is just as valuable.
- Comfortable using inventory software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and move pallets when necessary.
- Ability to pass a background check for security licensing.
